Kettlebells are a great way to shape your body, they burn calories so you can lose weight, and they help build lean muscle (don't worry it's lean muscle so no one will look like Arni or the Incredible Hulk) to you tone your whole body so no more wobbly bits. And the best bit is the more lean muscle it builds the more calories you burn when you're not doing anything.

Who can attend the class:

The class is for men & women 16 to 60 years plus, of all fitness levels & abilities, shapes & sizes.

What to bring:

Water and wrist supports (if you have them).


What is the Kettbells class:

1 piece of equipment, 1 goal - to strip the body fat. A kettlebell is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannon ball with a handle, basically a Russian dumbbell. Throughout the class you will perform various kettlebell exercises. Every exercise delivers cardio, core & resistance training, all at the same time (so you burn calories & tone up at the same time by getting rid of body fat & replacing it with lean muscle). No class is the same, we perform kettlebell exercises, do circuits, and even have fun playing games, the only thing that's the same is that we strip the body fat away!
